Join us for Influence Dynamics: Understanding Communication Styles for Impact, featuring the DISC model of analysis.  DISC is a communication assessment used to give us insight about our communication style and how it jives with others on the team. This class examines the different communication styles and provides tools for how to interact with each style for the best results. Our Instructor, Shelley Nilsen (owner of Express Professional Employment Services) guides us through this interactive and fun course. Additional $25 purchase of the test is required.
