This workshop is facilitated by Kim Wiley, who has worked in a variety of capacities with her working life beginning on her 15th birthday and spent 13 years navigating entry level jobs before beginning her government career in 2001. She has specialized in government programs, including unemployment and disability insurance, represented the State in workers compensation legal processes, worked side by side job seekers; including veterans, seasonal farm workers, justice-involved, high-risk youth, and everyone in between. She currently works for the Department of Rehabilitation as a Business Specialist in an analyst role. She will be sharing her vast experiences, and those stories of other people who strived to be included in workplaces of structure and “this is how we do it” environments.
